Returns Policy

We offer a hassle free 30 day refund and exchange policy.

If the wrong size or colour is selected goods can be returned (excludes special order products). All items returned must be in brand new condition, unused and in original undamaged packaging with all tags attached.

We will not process any returns, exchanges or refunds on products where damage has occurred to the product or original packaging.

Before returning any product, please contact our customer service department by emailing [email protected] or via telephone on (07) 4151 7203 during normal business hours.

Returns cannot be accepted more than 30 days from date of purchase, with the exception of faulty products which are covered under the manufacturer's warranty period. The manufacturer's warranty covers against faulty workmanship or defects in materials. Warranty does not cover abuse, neglect, alteration, unreasonable use, sharpening of tools or personalisation of products.
A re-shipping fee will apply for all exchange items. All freight fees associated with the return of any product is at the expense of the customer, except in the case of an error caused by LAWGEAR. LAWGEAR are unable to reimburse for any shipping costs.

All products returned under warranty are subject to assessment. All returned products found to have faulty workmanship or defects will be repaired, replaced or credited as per the manufacturer assessment. If a product is found to be faulty and we cannot provide a replacement or have the item repaired, LAWGEAR will provide a refund or store credit.
Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for change of mind purchases. Refunds can only be processed via the original payment method. Unfortunately we are unable to offer any refunds or exchanges on custom or special order products however standard manufacturer warranty still applies.

LAWGEAR will not accept returns without the original purchase receipt or for goods not purchased through our store.
